Thank you for participating in our Barre & Brunch Experience. This morning experience blends movement, brunch, community connection, and support for local women-owned businesses. These instructions outline all logistics to ensure a smooth and successful event for you and our guests.

Vendor Arrival & Setup
Arrival Window: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Check-In: Please check in with the event coordinator upon arrival

Vendor Space & Setup

One 6-foot table (unless otherwise arranged)
Two chairs
Access to power (if requested in advance)
Placement in high-traffic areas during check-in and brunch

Business cards or promotional materials
Bags or packaging for purchases
Optional: pink-themed décor to match the event aesthetic

Keep your setup clean, safe, and within your assigned footprint
No open flames or strong scents
Food or beverage sampling requires proper permits and labeling
Guest Experience Flow
Guests will arrive dressed in pink, check in, and begin browsing vendors. After the barre class, they will return energized and ready to enjoy brunch, shop, mingle, and participate in the Style Swap.
Vendors will experience two peak shopping windows:
9:30–10:00 AM (pre-class browsing)
11:00 AM–1:00 PM (post-class brunch and shopping)
Please remain at your booth during both windows.
Fashion Pour / Style Swap Information
Guests will bring one clothing item to contribute to the swap rack.
The swap area will be managed entirely by event staff.
Vendors are not responsible for managing swap items.
Promotion and Social Media
Vendors are encouraged to promote the event to their audiences.

Vendor Grant Participation Rules
The Women’s Movement — Community Vendor Support Grant
The Women’s Movement is proud to offer a limited number of vendor support grants to help local women-owned businesses participate in the Barre-Lentine Experience. To ensure fairness, impact, and community engagement, all grant recipients must agree to the following rules and participation requirements.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the vendor grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be a women-owned or women-led business.
Must operate locally within Arizona or surrounding areas.
Must provide products or services aligned with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, empowerment, or community enrichment.
Must commit to full participation during the event hours.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
All grant recipients must fulfill the following obligations:
A. Event Promotion Requirement
Vendors must actively promote the event on their social media platforms.
Minimum requirements:
At least two promotional posts on Instagram or Facebook (feed or reels).
At least two stories tagging:
@TheWomensMovement
Posts must be made before the event date.
B. Ticket Sales Requirement
To support event sustainability and community turnout, each grant recipient must help generate attendance by:
Selling or referring a minimum of five (5) paid tickets to the event. (Guest to mentioned Vendor's Name at registration table)
Ticket sales must be completed before the event.
C. Day-of Participation
Grant recipients must:
Arrive during the designated vendor setup window.
Remain present and open for business during all vendor shopping periods.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and community-centered presence.
Follow all venue rules and event guidelines.
4. Branding & Marketing Compliance
Vendors agree to:
Use approved event graphics provided by the nonprofit.
Avoid creating independent event flyers without approval.
Tag the correct accounts and use the designated event hashtags.
5. Reporting & Verification
To maintain transparency and fairness:
Vendors must submit screenshots or links verifying their promotional posts.
Failure to meet requirements may result in forfeiture of future grant eligibility.
6. Cancellation Policy
If a vendor must cancel:
Notice must be given at least 7 days before the event. no refunds will be provided.
Failure to notify may disqualify the vendor from future grants or participation opportunities.
7. Agreement
By accepting the grant, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to all rules listed above and understands that the grant is contingent upon full compliance.
